Brain Activity respite Program 

Day Clubs are available in Wanaka. These clubs are for people with mild to moderate dementia and run weekly for 3.5 hrs each session. Scroll down to read more.

The aim of the clubs is to:

  • keep your brain active
  • socialise with other people living with dementia
  • take part in meaningful activities in your community

Our day clubs focus on meeting your individual needs and ensure members can continue to contribute to their community. Our members are active in deciding activities and events, so we follow your lead. Scroll down to find out more

 

Aspiring Wanderers

The Aspiring Wanderers Club runs every Thursday from 10-1.30 pm in Wanaka for people with mild to moderate dementia.

The clubs cost $35 per session. You may also qualify for subsidies to help with the cost of the club.
