Support Groups

Support groups

Our Community Educators facilitate support groups for carers across the region. Support groups are a great opportunity to meet other carers in your area and share stories and tips. Our support group members find the groups help them feel less isolated, provide emotional and practical support and are often a welcome break from the caring role.

Some regions also offer a coffee group where people with dementia and their care partner meet up with other couples for a social outing.
